A South-facing heated swimming pool
The 11 × 5 m swimming pool, finished with mosaic tiles, overlooks the sea and enjoys plenty of sunshine. Its depth ranges from 0.50 m to 2.50 m, with a deep end suitable for diving.
The pool is heated by a heat pump during the shoulder seasons, from early April at the earliest to late October at the latest, weather permitting. A solar shower is also available.

Pool safety
The swimming pool is equipped with an audible alarm and safety barriers.

Sunbathing and shaded relaxation
There is plenty of space to relax and sunbathe around the pool, with parasols available when you prefer a little shade.

A Mediterranean garden
The garden features a variety of Mediterranean trees and shrubs, including palms, mimosa, oleander, grapefruit and kumquat trees, as well as grapevines. Like many gardens in Les Issambres, it is set on a fairly steep slope.
If you're staying in August, you may even be able to enjoy grapes picked straight from the vine overlooking the pool.

Spacious terraces for outdoor living
Renovated in 2020, the outdoor areas include a generous 120 m² tiled terrace overlooking the sea. With the mild, sunny climate of Les Issambres, the terraces and garden are ideal for making the most of life outdoors.

Private parking
There is space to park two cars within the garden. Additional parking is generally easy to find on the street in front of the house.

A well-maintained and secure property
A team of professionals, including a gardener, pool specialist and maintenance staff, looks after the villa throughout the year.
The property is accessed through an electric gate.
